In his concert activity as a pianist Oliver Prechtl is a sought-after ensemble musician in the areas of classical modern music, improvised music, chanson and salon music. His compositions are used in acting and figure theatre productions as well as in television documentaries and experimental short films. Oliver Prechtl is a graduate of the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts in the subjects piano and music theory/new media and has been working as a private piano teacher ever since.
