Friederike Wendorf is a Berlin based freelance flute player and teacher. She is an active member of the free improvisers scene. Studying classical music and Jazz at Conservatoires in Berlin, Cologne and Amsterdam, she grew more interest in free improvisation and particularly the relationship between sound and movement. Receiving valuable input by amongst others Katie Duck and Alfredo Genovesi, she now curates in collaboration with dancer Manuela Tessi the performance series MusikTanzNullDreißig since 2014 and KlingKlang, a performance series for children.
