Alexandra Mahnke is a dancer, choreographer and performer. She received her dance education at the Folkwang University in Essen, Germany. Afterwards she studied German and Philosophy at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Since then she has been working freelance with her own and third-party productions. Her focus within the free dance and theater scene in Germany is on contemporary and experimental dance, dance theater as well as cross media performance and improvisation.
