Margarete Huber is a singer and a composer (Berlin). She studied at the University of the Arts in Berlin and Bremen.
As a singer she has a wide range from baroque operas to premieres of new music, improvisation and experimental singing. She is member of “ensemble xenon” (new music & impro.). She collaborates with dancers, e.g. Yuko Kaseki and composes for concert, opera, musical theatre, and electronics. International appearances & performances, e.g. Musica Antiqua Montenegro, Festspielhaus Hellerau, La Generale Paris, Greek Opera Festival, Konzerthaus Berlin, John McIntosh Theatre London, Musiktheatertage Wien, a.o.
